Services may include:
Portfolio construction and management

Ongoing review of account strategy
MCM may manage client accounts on a discretionary basis when authorized in writing. Discretionary authority allows MCM to make investment decisions without obtaining prior approval for each transaction, subject to the client’s objectives and written restrictions.

MCM provides financial planning and consulting services designed to help clients make informed financial decisions.
Planning may include:
Retirement planning
Cash flow and budgeting analysis
Net worth evaluation
Financial goal setting
Education planning
Risk management and insurance review
MCM does not provide legal or tax advice. Clients should consult qualified legal or tax professionals regarding those matters, consistent with the advisory agreement.
Standalone Investment Plans
For clients who do not need ongoing management, MCM may provide standalone investment plans or periodic portfolio recommendations.
These engagements are generally designed for client-directed implementation and do not include ongoing monitoring unless separately agreed in writing.
Our Fees
MCM charges a tiered, asset-based fee for ongoing investment management services, designed to align with the size and complexity of each client relationship. Fees are calculated based on assets under management and billed periodically in accordance with client agreements.
For financial planning and consulting services, MCM may charge a fixed fee depending on the scope and complexity of the engagement.
Clients may also incur additional fees charged by custodians, broker-dealers, mutual funds, ETFs, or other third-party providers. These costs are separate from MCM’s advisory fees.
